Job Title: Business Development

At Tip O Tex Chevrolet, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development professional to join our sales team. As a Business Development representative, you will play a critical role in assisting our dealership in selling new and used vehicles, as well as associated products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in generating sales leads and converting them into sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet sales targets and goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed about sales techniques and strategies
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Some sales or customer relations experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to read and comprehend instructions
Working Conditions:

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with regular exposure to the outdoors and varying weather conditions. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods is also required.
