Job Title: Business Development Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales professional to join our team at Tip O Tex Chevrolet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Sell new and used vehicles to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets and profit margins.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized sales experiences.
  • Work closely with the sales manager to set and meet sales quotas, as well as to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their purchasing experience and that their needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to provide the best possible service to customers.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as service and parts, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some sales or customer relations experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Computer skills and ability to learn dealership software.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions:

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service. The candidate will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

The physical demands of this role include standing for long periods, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The candidate must also be able to work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and humidity.

The successful candidate will be required to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or licenses.
