About the Role:

Cascade Ventures is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding our existing client base.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Process and follow up on customer inquiries and orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
  • Advise customers on our products and services, and handle any complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Represent the company at customer visits and trade fairs to build brand awareness and establish relationships.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Commercial experience or relevant work experience in sales and marketing.
  • Passion for business development and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
  • Class B driver's license is required for business travel.
  • Strong teamwork and goal-oriented mindset to contribute to the success of the company.
