Job Summary:

Charlie Clark Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Business Development Center (BDC) Agent. This position plays a crucial role in driving dealership sales and service traffic by handling inbound and outbound communications with prospective and current customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers and prospects to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and provide information on available inventory and product performance.
  • Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business opportunities.
  • Study vehicle specifications and availability to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles.
  • Disclose sales terms with customers and review sales with dealership management.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of sales experience in the automotive industry preferred, but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
  • Strong communication and phone skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Internet savvy, with good computer skills and excellent organizational skills to manage sales leads and website data.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
