Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, while also identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings
  • Upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) or proficiency in other languages
