Business Development Manager

PNC is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager I - Business Banker to join our Business Banking team in Brownsville, TX. As a trusted advisor, you will leverage your business acumen to facilitate cash flow conversations with clients and prospects, and manage the on-going sales cycle to optimize the cash flow of our business customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and cultivate Center of Influence (COI) relationships to meet and exceed sales goals and business objectives.
- Work with internal services partners to on-board and expand the business portfolio.
- Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients.
- Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and their financial well-being.
- Build an effective network of internal and external relationships to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience.
- University/college degree, with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
