Position Overview - Claims Support Coordinator
As a Claims Support Coordinator, you will be integral in assisting our claims department operations.

Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative tasks that are essential for the seamless functioning of our claims offices. You may also engage with clients and healthcare providers through various communication channels when necessary.


Essential Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent, or higher, with at least one year of experience in administrative or clerical roles
- Alternatively, one year of post-secondary education

Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in operating standard office equipment
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on teamwork
- Customer service orientation and effective follow-up abilities

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (This role requires full-time, in-office presence)

Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $20.00
- Gainshare bonus potential of up to 16% based on company performance
