Position Title: Patient Enrollment Advocate
Position Overview:
- Engage with a varied patient demographic
- Assess patient information to establish eligibility for health coverage and support programs
- Assist patients in enrolling in multiple health and support initiatives
- Inform patients about insurance options and effective usage
- Contribute to outreach initiatives and facilitate staff development
- Monitor and document enrollment statistics and related activities
Requirements:
Education/Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in the healthcare sector is highly valued. Background in customer service is essential.
Skills: Strong communication abilities and basic computer proficiency are necessary. Certification may be required based on specific locations.
Physical Requirements:
The individual must possess the ability to communicate verbally, listen attentively, and remain seated for extended periods. Occasional mobility within the facility may be necessary.
