Job Summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient scheduling and appointments
  • Obtain necessary documentation and coordinate patient care
  • Perform prior authorizations as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience
  • 6 months of office or medical office experience
  • Electronic Medical Record/Practice Management experience
