About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Providence Service. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule patients and coordinate aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care.
  • Obtain necessary documentation and perform prior authorizations when required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • 6 months of experience in an office or medical office environment.
  • 6 months of experience with Electronic Medical Records/Practice Management systems.
