Job Title: Patient Experience Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing health records, and coordinating referrals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for CHAS Health
  • Determine the needs of callers and manage calls appropriately
  • Deliver accurate information about CHAS Health services, locations, and providers
  • Respond to requests for copies of health records and ensure proper paperwork is on file
  • Process, store, and retrieve electronic health information
  • Complete referrals in a timely fashion and document patient cases and health information
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Some college preferred
  • Experience with databases, electronic health records, and release of information preferred
  • Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills required
  • Compassion for patients required
