About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Patient Care Coordinator/Medical Secretary to join our team at Providence Medical Group. As a key member of our patient access team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule patients and coordinate appointments
  • Obtain necessary documentation and information
  • Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
  • Coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care
  • Perform prior authorizations as needed
Requirements
  • Customer service-related experience
  • 6 months of office or medical office experience
  • 6 months of Electronic Medical Record/Practice Management experience
