Patient Care Coordinator/Medical Secretary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Coordinator/Medical Secretary to join our team at Providence Health & Service. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our physicians and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule patients and coordinate appointments
- Obtain necessary documentation and medical records
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Perform prior authorizations and coordinate patient care
- Provide administrative support to physicians and staff
- Customer service-related experience
- Preferred qualifications: 6 months office or medical office experience, 6 months Electronic Medical Record/Practice Management experience
