Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Coordinator/Medical Secretary to join our team at Providence Health & Service. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our physicians and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule patients and coordinate appointments
  • Obtain necessary documentation and medical records
  • Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
  • Perform prior authorizations and coordinate patient care
  • Provide administrative support to physicians and staff
Requirements
  • Customer service-related experience
  • Preferred qualifications: 6 months office or medical office experience, 6 months Electronic Medical Record/Practice Management experience
