At Paymentus, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Demand Generation Team, you'll play a critical role in introducing prospects to our portfolio of next-generation banking and fintech bill payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Senior BDRs with account and opportunity development
- Own 'top of funnel' account development within assigned accounts and industry space
- Perform outbound activities and achieve monthly performance targets for contact development, account engagement, and opportunity advancement
- Create and execute account plans in partnership with account executives for assigned accounts
- Develop sales opportunities by adding value to account relationships and establishing Paymentus as a trusted provider of choice
- Leverage internal tools and networking to drive new business
- Partner with Campaign teams to effectively land marketing programs into assigned accounts
- Exposure to sales/account development function, preferably within the commercial space
- 5+ years of experience
- Ability to establish and maintain executive-level relationships with prospect accounts
- Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment motivated by revenue growth
- Capable of discussing a technology solution to all levels within an organization, including Executive and C-level
This is a full-time position with a remote work arrangement. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
