Job Description

As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering public presentations to potential customers, educating them on the benefits of our client's products, services, and promotions.

You will increase customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional customer service and a personalized purchasing experience through active listening.

Your responsibilities will include identifying potential customer needs, troubleshooting issues, and customizing sales purchases to meet their needs.

You will also utilize product knowledge, competitive pricing, and market research to upsell our client's products and drive up sales revenue.

Additionally, you will ensure accurate record-keeping of customer contact information, installation dates, and sales packages.

You will collaborate with our Sales Executives and senior-level Customer Service team members to establish and attain sales targets and goals.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Promotions, Customer Service, or related fields.
  • Reliable transportation to on-site locations.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, estimated to be around $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on location and experience.

This salary range is reflective of the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.
