Job Title: Senior Account Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Representative to join our team at Tephra. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing company sales and margins by building relationships with new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify accounts by determining market potential
  • Call on new accounts and solicit business
  • Develop long-term relationships and influence buying decisions
  • Provide quotations and demonstrate products and services to customers
  • Perform joint calls with preferred vendors and increase account penetration
  • Utilize sales management tools for sales planning and documenting opportunities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience in a related industry
  • Track record of success in business-to-business sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to persuade others and close sales
  • Computer literacy and experience with sales management tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Product knowledge in Electrical
  • Familiarity working with customers in the Electrical Contractors, Commercial construction, and Data centers industries
