Senior Account Development Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Representative to join our team at Tephra. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing company sales and margins by building relationships with new and existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify accounts by determining market potential
- Call on new accounts and solicit business
- Develop long-term relationships and influence buying decisions
- Provide quotations and demonstrate products and services to customers
- Perform joint calls with preferred vendors and increase account penetration
- Utilize sales management tools for sales planning and documenting opportunities
Requirements:
- 3+ years of outside sales experience in a related industry
- Track record of success in business-to-business sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to persuade others and close sales
- Computer literacy and experience with sales management tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Product knowledge in Electrical
- Familiarity working with customers in the Electrical Contractors, Commercial construction, and Data centers industries
