Overview:
As a pivotal member of our team, the Administrative Dispatcher plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer interactions. This position is centered around engaging with clients through various communication channels, including phone and email, while collaborating with Field Technician Leaders to manage technician schedules and support daily office functions.

Work Schedule:

  • Saturday shifts from 6:30 AM to 2 PM, 4 days a week (morning/afternoon availability)
  • Part-time on Saturdays with varying hours, and optional weekday shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary representative of the company, demonstrating professionalism and expertise in company services.
  • Promote and provide information on the full range of services offered to incoming customer inquiries.
  • Support technicians and management by coordinating schedules and assisting with operational tasks.
  • Exhibit exceptional listening skills, showing empathy and understanding towards customer needs.
  • Encourage customers to consider service upgrades to enhance their experience and increase revenue.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and update the database as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Effective communication skills with both team members and clients.
  • Previous experience in dispatching is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Willingness to learn and utilize technology effectively.
  • Knowledge of company offerings and processes.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
