The Administrative Dispatcher at Chem-Dry serves as the central point of contact for customer interactions. This position involves engaging with clients through various communication channels, coordinating with Field Technician Leaders to manage technician assignments, assisting with order processing and invoice oversight, as well as supporting daily administrative functions.

Work Schedule:
- Saturday shifts from 6:30 AM to 2 PM, with 4 days (morning/afternoon) availability
- Part-time options available on Saturday, with variable hours, and Sunday from 9 AM to 5 PM, along with optional weekday hours
- Act as the representative voice of Chem-Dry, showcasing professionalism, courtesy, and expertise in company offerings
- Promote and sell the comprehensive range of Chem-Dry services to incoming customer inquiries
- Provide assistance to Technicians, Field Technician Leaders, and Management
- Exhibit exceptional listening skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding of customer requirements
- Encourage customers to consider upgraded services to enhance revenue
- Follow up on customer inquiries
- Complete necessary documentation and update the database accordingly
- Proven passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Previous experience in dispatching is preferred
- Strong multitasking abilities while maintaining a positive demeanor
- Willingness to learn and utilize technology
- Capability to understand and communicate Chem-Dry's services and processes
