Job Overview:
The Customer Experience Specialist role is pivotal in ensuring seamless account management and sales assistance, aimed at fostering the retention and expansion of various client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, manage order processing, and conduct forecasting and quoting.
- Ensure client satisfaction by effectively handling inquiries regarding pricing, order management, implementing modifications, project consultation, and overseeing production timelines.
- Act as the primary liaison for managed accounts, responsible for reporting, resolving issues, providing quotes, and handling necessary documentation.
- Engage in sourcing, data management, timely follow-ups on quotes and client inquiries, along with general administrative tasks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating comfort in direct interactions.
- Provide expert consultation, pricing strategies, and ongoing account maintenance, possessing comprehensive knowledge of all products offered.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or customer service is required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; strong organizational and problem-solving skills; keen attention to detail; effective communication skills; and the ability to collaborate well within a team.
- Proficient in PC usage and Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional relationship-building capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in project management, event coordination, or prior administrative roles is advantageous.
