Cooper Carry is a prominent design firm specializing in architecture, planning, landscape architecture, interior design, environmental graphic design, sustainability consulting, historic preservation, adaptive reuse, lighting design, and branding services.

Established in 1960, we focus on the design of corporate, educational, governmental, hospitality, mixed-use, office, residential, retail, science and technology, and transit projects.

Our portfolio includes projects across 45 states and internationally in regions such as the Caribbean, Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Central America.

POSITION SUMMARY
Are you prepared for advancement? We are seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in business development, a drive to secure new opportunities, and a passion for urban design and the built environment.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with firm leadership to oversee and support the office's business development initiatives, including the creation of compelling proposals and presentations.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, adept at managing multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We seek a creative individual who can effectively navigate various communication styles and adapt swiftly to changing priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks and additional duties as required:
1. Collaborate with studio leaders to plan, coordinate, design, edit, and produce responses to RFPs and RFQs within strict deadlines.
2. Design and coordinate presentations for client interviews, speaking engagements, and other opportunities.
3. Update and maintain resumes and project information sheets.

4. Assist in the creation of digital and printed marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital presentations, reports, award submissions, and other promotional content.


QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing, communications, or business development role (experience in the AEC industry is preferred).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in creating extensive documents using InDesign.
- Energized by the dynamic and fast-paced environment of a high-growth organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and execute tasks efficiently is essential.
- High standards of work with exceptional attention to detail, resulting in high-quality, error-free deliverables.
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills. The candidate should excel under pressure in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, journalism, communications, or a related field is preferred.
