Your Role

As the Community Engagement Marketing Specialist at OnMed, you will be instrumental in elevating our community outreach and market visibility. Your marketing acumen and communication skills will be essential in enhancing OnMed's reputation and executing local media strategies. With a solid grasp of both traditional and digital media, you will create engaging narratives and campaigns that resonate with our target demographics. This position requires a confident public speaker and a proactive individual skilled in building meaningful connections, both in-person and online.

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Engagement:

  • Serve as a brand representative, actively engaging with community members and stakeholders to build relationships and support.
  • Organize and facilitate community events, workshops, and seminars aimed at educating and involving the public.
  • Develop strategies to assess the impact of marketing initiatives on the utilization of CareStations.

2. Strategic Planning and Analysis:

  • Participate in the strategic planning process, ensuring marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends and growth opportunities.
  • Create key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

3. Marketing Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to achieve campaign objectives within budget and timeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local media and identify key influencers and stakeholders.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze data, and refine strategies based on insights.

4. Travel and Public Speaking:

  • Deliver engaging presentations and speeches to diverse audiences, highlighting OnMed's exceptional health services.
  • Represent OnMed at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

5. Team Collaboration:

  • Work cross-functionally with OnMed's Sales and Account Management teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of experience in community marketing, media relations, or a similar role.

Skills and Attributes

  • Demonstrated experience in media relations, public relations, or corporate communications.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
  • Proficient in creating content for social media platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach, thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to cultivate collaborative relationships.
