About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to take ownership of content creation, SEO, and social media efforts. You will be responsible for:

  • Content Creation: Developing engaging and compelling content, including blog posts, case studies, one-pagers, guides, reports, and other collateral that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
  • SEO and Keyword Research: Conducting thorough keyword research to identify optimization opportunities for organic traffic growth, and optimizing website content for search engines.
  • Social Media Management: Developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with SteelCo Buildings' brand voice and goals, and creating engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms.
  • Project Management: Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Content Marketing / Social Media / Digital Marketing Specialist and/or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, ranking factors, and experience with keyword research and SEO analysis tools.
  • Proficient in WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and/or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Intermediate skills in email marketing and proficient in ZohoCampaigns, Mailchimp, Hubspot or similar ESP.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in WordPress with plug-ins, landing page design and UX, website speed, etc.

We currently have 3 separate divisions, which include Design/Build general contracting in our local market, Metal Building Systems sales that drop ship all over the United States, and steel erection company that travels and works in the Southeast.
