Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Product Marketing Specialist to enhance our Direct-to-Consumer Acquisition Marketing Team. This pivotal role will focus on ensuring marketing uniformity across both established and emerging products. At Credit Acceptance, marketing serves as a key driver for transformative growth and the realization of long-term business objectives. We are on a mission to elevate the Credit Acceptance brand and the marketing function, assembling a team that combines marketing acumen with a mission-driven approach to create impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work remotely with occasional travel as needed to support team objectives.
  • Enhance the Consumer Acquisition process, concentrating on improving conversion rates from financing applications to dealer visits. Identify obstacles and propose solutions through a data-driven approach.
  • Collaborate with channel leaders to refine messaging and positioning strategies aimed at increasing lead generation.
  • Improve the consumer credit application conversion rate by partnering with UI and product design teams.
  • Initiate post-lead nurturing campaigns to facilitate the transition of prospects into leads for dealers.
  • Lead the development of product marketing content, focusing on financial literacy and pre-customer engagement strategies.
  • Support the creation of compelling product positioning and messaging that articulates our service's value and uniqueness.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Ensure timely project completion and maintain clear communication across various teams including analytics, marketing, and legal.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience for Senior level, 5+ years for Lead level in Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Product Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and product lifecycle management.
  • Proficient in conducting customer research and competitive analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex ideas effectively.

Compensation:

The targeted compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $162,000 base salary, complemented by an annual bonus structure.
