We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Contract Management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the full contract lifecycle for major technology vendor agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle for major technology vendor agreements
  • Facilitate successful contract renewals, amendments, and terminations

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience successfully contributing in a software product development environment
  • Interest and expertise in interpreting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
  • Strong understanding of software licensing models, cloud computing, and managed services
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in data analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling
  • Ability to lead collaboratively across multiple teams and functions consistently driving results
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
