Job Overview

Frank Winston Crum Insurance is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Policy Services and Customer Support departments, you will play a vital role in promoting sales and client retention through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the calculation of past due balances and communicate with clients via email to collect.
  2. Manage and organize departmental email inboxes to ensure efficient communication.
  3. Perform data entry, make phone calls, and send emails to clients to provide timely support.
  4. Accurately clock in and out using our electronic timeclock system and refrain from working when not clocked-in.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need one year of clerical or administrative experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a positive attitude are essential.
