Bilingual Administrative Coordinator

Frank Winston Crum Insurance is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Policy Services and Customer Support departments, you will play a vital role in promoting sales and client retention through exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the calculation of past due balances and communicate with clients via email to collect.
- Manage and organize departmental email inboxes to ensure efficient communication.
- Perform data entry, make phone calls, and send emails to clients to provide timely support.
- Accurately clock in and out using our electronic timeclock system and refrain from working when not clocked-in.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need one year of clerical or administrative experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a positive attitude are essential.
