  10. Support EPLI administration, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  11. Handle employment poster queries, providing timely and accurate assistance to clients.
  12. Address SS mismatch/identity theft issues, communicating with relevant parties and providing clear instructions to clients.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Basic knowledge of federal, state, and local laws regarding human resources, including FLSA, ADAAA, FMLA, EEO, NLRA, IRCA, and FCRA.
  • One year of administrative human resources support experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
