Job Title: Director, Talent Acquisition and Rewards

About the Role:
Oxfam America is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Talent Acquisition and Rewards to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in shaping the future of our organization.

Job Summary:
The Director, Talent Acquisition and Rewards will provide strategic leadership over all talent acquisition, total rewards programming, and HRIS in support of the organization's goals and mission. This leader will administer health, dental, life, disability insurances, retirement plan(s), and related programs. They will participate in the analysis of all total rewards programs and develop and implement new or enhanced programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's long-term goals and growth initiatives.
  • Forecast hiring needs based on business objectives and collaborate with department leaders and HR Business Partner(s) (HRBPs) to build customized recruiting strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team, ensuring high performance, growth, and engagement.
  • Establish clear performance goals and metrics for the team and provide regular feedback and guidance.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the recruiting function.
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimize the recruiting process and quality of hires.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in human resources/business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years related HR experience in talent acquisition and total rewards with at least five years in a leadership role.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and technology.
