World Central Kitchen Talent Acquisition Specialist Role

The World Central Kitchen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Washington DC. This role requires strong recruitment skills, ability to navigate multiple projects simultaneously, and provide ongoing dedicated support to our recruiting candidate hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews across multiple time zones with ease, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
  • Utilize cutting-edge tools and platforms to streamline the recruiting process, from applicant tracking systems to virtual interview software.
  • Engage with candidates worldwide, providing a warm and professional touch.
  • Handle all administrative aspects of the recruiting process, including document management, candidate communication, and data entry with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Evaluate candidates for open positions, recommending qualified applicants for interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, the People team, and other WCK team members to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated success recruiting entry-level, mid, and senior-level candidates across various organizational structures and teams.
  • Global experience navigating international landscapes and understanding the nuances of global recruitment.
  • Multilingual skills, fluency in another language besides English, with a preference for fluent Spanish and/or Arabic speakers.
  • A personable, empathetic, and charismatic individual with a warm, engaging personality that puts candidates at ease and represents the company beautifully.
  • A proven track record of managing complex schedules with precision and flair.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Dropbox, Workable, BambooHR, and the ability to navigate multiple software platforms at once.
  • Detailed-oriented, with organizational skills second to none and a commitment to not letting anything slip through the cracks.
  • Alignment with the mission and values of WCK.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 USD per year.
