Job Title: AEC Talent Acquisition Specialist in Latin America

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on identifying and attracting top-tier Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) professionals for our outsourcing market in Latin America.

About the Role:
  • Sourcing and Screening Candidates: You will be responsible for sourcing qualified AEC professionals through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referrals, with a focus on the Latin American market.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including phone and video interviews, to evaluate technical skills, project experience, and cultural fit for client requirements.
  • Client Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and present qualified candidates for review.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the latest developments within the Latin American AEC outsourcing market.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with potential candidates by providing career guidance and maintaining open communication throughout the recruitment process.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive estimated salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong understanding of the AEC industry, including technical skills and project management practices.
