Job Title: Account Executive

At Intecrowd LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales development activities for the company and implementing campaigns and sales-driven activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture business-to-business relationships to uncover and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Support partner and customer-facing events and activities.
  • Work closely with sales support teams to develop and execute pursuit-specific winning strategies.
  • Analyze sales data to refine target markets and messaging.
  • Identify and analyze client preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
  • Consult with potential clients to understand their business goals and objectives and how Workday and Intecrowd can enable achieving those goals.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to effectively manage partner sales leadership.
  • Act as a company representative at trade association meetings.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR
  • Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
