We are seeking an experienced marketing account executive to manage a portfolio of prestigious healthcare clients, enhance our client base, and elevate our healthcare practice's market presence.

The Account Director position is essential for increasing client revenue and expanding StudioNorth's array of successful, high-value marketing initiatives within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and healthcare IT industries, catering to both mid-sized and global enterprises. Your primary responsibility will be to take charge of our clients' requirements, guiding them from proposal through to the achievement of results. Successful Account Directors possess the professionalism, diplomatic skills, and dedication to excellence necessary to forge enduring relationships with senior marketing executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in assessing sales cycle feasibility and nurturing relationships with prospective clients.
  • Surpass client expectations, ensuring satisfaction and success for both clients and internal teams.
  • Promote growth and retention among existing clients by defining program scope, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Consistently meet revenue targets and forecasts by collaborating closely with internal teams and practice leaders to establish clear and measurable success strategies.
  • Develop professional, engaging, and strategic proposals and estimates.
  • Monitor budgets meticulously to ensure overall account success.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare sector, the marketing challenges clients encounter, and the strategies employed to achieve outstanding results amidst these challenges.
  • Proactively identify and resolve client/project challenges.
  • Exhibit positive leadership and sound decision-making.
  • Cultivate deep, long-lasting relationships with senior marketing executives that extend beyond daily operational tasks.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience as an Account Director within a marketing agency, specifically in the healthcare sector. Experience in defining and driving marketing strategies for B2B companies is preferred.
  • Goal-oriented and adept at orchestrating diverse teams to achieve objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, capable of leading team members and clients with a collaborative approach.
  • Solutions-focused mindset with a strong understanding of marketing strategy and execution, enabling quick thinking in client meetings.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • High integrity and transparency in all professional dealings.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
