About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Office Manager to join our team at Bloomfield Hills SNF, LLC. As a Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business office, including financial record keeping, billing, and collection services.

You will also be responsible for administering the resident trust fund, petty cash account, and operating the resident bank. Additionally, you will assist residents with medical assistance applications and eligibility verification, manage Medicaid applications and renewals, and communicate with insurance companies and other third-party payers.
