Office Operations Coordinator

rftsearchgroup is seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide administrative support to the Managing Partner and team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include calendar management, travel arrangements, and vendor scheduling. Additionally, you will oversee bookkeeping functions, utilizing Business Central or QuickBooks to manage bill payments, receipts, and financial reporting.
We value collaboration and teamwork at rftsearchgroup. You will contribute to weekly meetings on financial updates and office operations, working closely with family members as needed. Maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities will also be an essential aspect of your role.
We offer a competitive salary range of $70-$85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package, including 401k, medical, and PTO, is also provided. Our work environment is professional and respectful, with a focus on attention to detail and task completion.
