Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize patient appointments and prepare all necessary documentation prior to visits
  • Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel
  • Process incoming documents and faxes efficiently
  • Assist patients in completing required forms
  • Welcome patients upon arrival and verify that all paperwork is in order
  • Coordinate necessary referrals and obtain authorizations
  • Collaborate with office staff to enhance the patient experience

Required Qualifications:
