Your objective will be to complete all assigned duties with precision, uphold high standards, and adhere to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient interviews and document essential medical histories
  • Oversee appointment scheduling and management
  • Update and maintain medical records for billing purposes
  • Prepare patient charts and assist during clinical evaluations
  • Handle correspondence and maintain financial documentation
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization within treatment areas

Qualifications for Success:

  • Proven experience as a healthcare support professional
  • Knowledge of medical office protocols and systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Empathetic and patient-focused approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Outstanding planning and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
  • Certification or training as a medical assistant is required
  • Phlebotomy skills are a plus
