Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Services Coordinator to join our team on a temporary contract basis. This part-time role requires commitment for three days a week.

Role Responsibilities:
The primary focus of the Healthcare Services Coordinator is to deliver exceptional healthcare and customer service to our clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating the onboarding of new patients and managing their registrations.
  • Coordinating patient appointments with the clinic.
  • Overseeing the registration of private clinicians and managing their inventory orders.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for inquiries or modifications to existing orders and appointments.
  • Maintaining precise client documentation and database entries to ensure compliance with ethical and legislative standards in medical care.
  • Managing retail transactions in accordance with audit requirements, including point of sale, invoicing, and stock management.
  • Assisting with the direct delivery of products to patients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as Customer Services, Sales, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

Qualifications:
Essential:
- Outstanding customer service abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in IT applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite, with a demonstrated capacity to learn new systems and processes.
- A process-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving work methods.
- Capability to work independently.

Desirable:
- At least one year of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with routines and procedures to effectively manage daily operations.
- Experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce and Oracle systems.
