Closets by Design is a reputable and expanding custom closet and home organization company. We are seeking to recruit an Installation Manager who is enthusiastic and motivated, ready to embrace challenges and manage multiple tasks effectively.


Key Responsibilities

The Installation and Service Manager collaborates closely with the Installation team to ensure that the brand is represented accurately across all platforms. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing Installers and Installer assistants (helpers).
  • Overseeing and scheduling each installation and service project from initiation to completion.
  • Prioritizing customer service and accounts receivable.
  • Working in conjunction with the Installation, Production, and Sales departments to guarantee client satisfaction throughout the installation process.

Administrative Duties
  • Conducting daily meetings with the Installation Team to discuss training, services, safety, and more.
  • Reviewing van safety reports periodically to ensure safe vehicle usage.
  • Processing Post-Install folders to address any incomplete services.
  • Scheduling installation dates for newly sold contracts based on specific criteria.
  • Assigning personnel with appropriate skill levels based on installation requirements to optimize labor costs and enhance revenue.
  • Making daily reminder calls through various communication methods for upcoming installations.
  • Reviewing the schedule daily to accommodate cancellations or rescheduling.

Inter-Departmental Collaboration
  • Assisting the installation team in identifying and developing recovery plans as necessary.
  • Maintaining frequent communication with installation and production teams to obtain accurate logistical information regarding material arrivals.
  • Engaging in regular one-on-one interactions with customers, sales teams, vendors, and all internal departments to oversee the efficiency of scheduling installations and services.

Qualifications
  • Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills via phone, email, and text in a professional manner.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year based on experience
