Closets by Design is a reputable and expanding custom closet and home organization enterprise. We are seeking to recruit an Installation Supervisor. The perfect candidate should be a passionate, driven individual who thrives on challenges and possesses strong multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Installation team to ensure the brand is represented effectively across all channels.
Lead and manage Installers and Installer assistants (helpers).
Oversee and coordinate each installation and service project from inception to completion.
Prioritize exceptional customer service and manage accounts receivable.
Work in conjunction with Installation, Production, and Sales departments to guarantee client satisfaction before, during, and after the installation process.
Administrative Duties:
Participate in daily meetings with the Installation Team to address training, services, safety, and more.
Regularly review vehicle safety reports to ensure safe operation.
Process Post-Install documentation, addressing any incomplete services.
Schedule installation dates for newly sold contracts based on specific criteria.
Assign personnel with appropriate skill levels based on installation needs to optimize labor costs and enhance revenue.
Conduct daily reminder calls through various communication methods for upcoming installations 2-10 days in advance.
Review the schedule daily to make adjustments for cancellations and/or rescheduling.
Inter-Department Collaboration:
Support the installation team in identifying and developing a recovery plan as necessary.
Maintain frequent communication with installation and production teams to gather accurate information regarding material logistics.
Engage in regular one-on-one interactions with customers, sales team, vendors, and all internal departments to ensure the smooth scheduling of installations and services.
Qualifications:
Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and independently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills via phone, email, and text in a professional manner.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

$60,000 - $75,000/year based on experience
