**Job Summary**

We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Executive Director, Northeast. This position is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and fiscal oversight to the Northeast office and its satellite locations.

**Key Responsibilities**

• **Leadership**: Provide strategic direction and vision to the Northeast office, ensuring the successful execution of business plans and objectives.

• **Business Development/Marketing**: Represent the company in new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and securing follow-up work with existing clients.

• **Estimating**: Oversee the estimating team, ensuring accurate and timely estimates for projects.

• **Financial/Budget & Cost Control**: Develop revenue and profit projections, review and recommend annual and long-term budgets, and manage a large Profit and Loss statement with multiple revenue streams.

• **Operations/Project Management**: Manage and direct staff to perform day-to-day tasks, establish long and short-term objectives for the regional office, and oversee the performance of design and construction phase of contracts.

• Excellent business development and marketing skills, with a proven track record of securing new business opportunities.

• Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting and cost control.
