Position Overview:

The Senior Executive Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering high-level administrative and secretarial support to one or more executives within the organization. This position demands a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and a solid grasp of both technical and business terminology, along with an in-depth understanding of the organization's operations and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the executive's calendar and travel arrangements to optimize their time management.
  2. Collect, organize, verify, and analyze data for the executive's use in various documents, including memos, letters, reports, presentations, and press releases.
  3. Ensure effective communication between the executive and other team members, as well as external stakeholders such as clients and media representatives.
  4. Possibly manage the executive's email to schedule appointments and address routine inquiries from both internal and external sources.
  5. Safeguard confidential information and uphold the integrity of the executive's records and files.
  6. Maintain the executive's office and financial documentation; review and authorize standard expenditures to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
  7. Execute additional administrative duties using sound judgment and discretion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a personal assistant role.
  • Experience in the Media, Digital, Advertising, or Consultancy sectors.
