Job Overview

LumiSource, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing high volume sales transactions, working closely with management to develop strategic plans to generate new business, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calling on existing accounts to obtain orders and conversion of prospective leads to new accounts
  • Sales reporting and analysis
  • Attendance and set-up/take down in local and national trade shows
  • Respond to inquiries for product and sales information
  • Maintain customer database
  • General customer service duties
  • Monitor marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, merchandising techniques, competition
Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to make 40+ outbound calls or emails
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Some computer knowledge
  • Strong organization skills
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Deadline driven
  • Some college or equivalent experience preferred
  • Prospecting and negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Focus on client relationship and customer service
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the furniture and home décor marketplace is a plus.
