Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow our business while growing yours by closing sales, winning business, and reaching sales goals.
  • Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans by implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners.
  • Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cultivating additional business within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate daily with internal partners and clients to serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador.
Requirements:
  • Proven winner with an impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
  • Positive self-starter with an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold call, manage time well, and present ideas clearly.
  • Confidently fearless with a willingness to take risks and challenge the status quo.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a natural leadership style, resourcefulness, and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Trusted advisor with a strong ability to build relationships, live integrity, and deliver on time.
