Key Responsibilities::
Process inquiries for pricing, orders, returns, cancellations, product details, availability, billing questions, and corrections.
Develop and execute telemarketing and prospecting strategies.
Coordinate order delivery and pickup with operational teams.
Support the Outside Sales team.
Adhere to pricing policies and guidelines of customer financial services.
Qualifications::
Prior experience in customer service and sales roles.
Experience in the construction or building materials industry is advantageous.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow up effectively with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
Willingness and capacity to learn and retain extensive product knowledge.
