Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Services Administration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective social services programs, managing budgets, and supervising staff.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement social services programs that align with OR's mission and goals
  • Manage budgets and ensure financial accountability
  • Supervise staff, interns, and volunteers to ensure high-quality services
  • Build and maintain relationships with community agencies and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Experience working in non-profit settings
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to meet client needs and organizational changes
Compensation

$90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience
