Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Development Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising programs that promote academic success, healthy lifestyles, good character, and citizenship among our members. Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Creating an environment that fosters achievement of youth development outcomes
• Developing and implementing high-quality programs that meet the needs of our members
• Providing guidance and role modeling to members
• Supervising and evaluating program activities to ensure Club and child safety, quality programs, and good appearance of the branch at all times
• Tracking and assessing outcomes through periodic activity reports
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives
• Participating in weekly branch staff meetings to discuss issues and share best practices

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children and youth
• Knowledge of youth development principles and practices
• Ability to motivate and manage behavior problems among youth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and implement quality programs for youth
• Mandatory CPR and First Aid certifications
• A valid State Driver's License

Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
