Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team at Dailymotion. As an Account Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to drive growth and revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact and set meetings with qualified prospects to discuss our digital marketing solutions.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through both outbound and inbound means.
  • Generate new leads by researching the market and engaging with key stakeholders at qualified companies.
  • Support the sales and marketing teams in conference activities and events.
  • Research and analyze the market to identify qualified buyers and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Qualify inbound leads and provide recommendations for follow-up actions.
  • Work closely with the Head of North America to apply our outreach framework and engage with key decision-makers at top digital marketing companies.
  • Develop and execute account plans based on a deep understanding of customer goals, both business and technical.
  • Use knowledge of Dailymotion's product offering and data-driven insights to develop joint solutions that meet customer objectives.
  • Lead compelling strategic business reviews to identify customer needs and drive growth opportunities.
  • Develop trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders at all levels of planning, including video planning teams, digital planning, and other key decision-makers.
  • Identify new customer stakeholders to drive expansion opportunities across new brands and agencies.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for product or customer success issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions and their applications in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop targeted sales strategies.
