We are in search of a National Account Specialist to bolster our Corporate Accounts Division in meeting strategic objectives and initiatives. This position is pivotal in assisting with the preparation of business evaluations, onboarding new corporate clients, generating recurring customer reports, and collaborating across departments to finalize pricing adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze data for customer business evaluations, rebates, pricing adjustments, and catalogs.
  • Facilitate customer onboarding by ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted and maintained, completing system updates and project management tasks; conduct price file audits for parity and contract adherence; validate locations; and participate in essential internal onboarding discussions.
  • Manage all assigned recurring reporting tasks.
  • Analyze data to provide insights for ad hoc reporting and audits.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills by navigating challenges and offering valuable insights into data trends.
  • Handle interdepartmental requests submitted through the shared inbox and respond promptly.
  • Oversee low-profile corporate clients by collaborating across teams to execute pricing adjustments and rebates.
  • Conduct analysis for price file uploads to avoid implementing low-profit pricing.
  • Assist in researching, verifying, and resolving order holds related to low-profit and pricing discrepancies when the Corporate Account Associate is unavailable.
  • Maintain a data-driven approach.
  • Exhibit logical reasoning and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong aptitude for managing long-term projects.

Work Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a corporate office setting is required.

Education, Certifications, Licenses, or Designations:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Specific Skills:

  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office software/applications.
