We are in search of a National Account Specialist to enhance our Corporate Accounts Team in meeting strategic objectives and initiatives. This position plays a crucial role in preparing business evaluations, onboarding new corporate clients, managing recurring customer reports, and collaborating across departments to facilitate pricing adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze data for customer business evaluations, rebates, pricing adjustments, and catalogs.
  • Oversee customer onboarding by ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted and properly filed, completing system updates and project management tasks; conduct price file audits for parity and contract adherence; validate locations; and participate in all essential internal onboarding meetings.
  • Manage all assigned recurring reports efficiently.
  • Analyze data to provide insights for ad hoc reports and audits.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills by navigating challenges and offering valuable insights based on data analysis.
  • Address interdepartmental requests submitted through the shared inbox promptly.
  • Support low-profile corporate clients by working collaboratively to finalize pricing adjustments and rebates.
  • Conduct thorough analysis for price file uploads to avoid implementing low-profit pricing.
  • Assist in researching, verifying, and resolving order holds related to low-profit and pricing discrepancies when the Corporate Account Associate is unavailable.
  • Exhibit a data-driven approach to tasks.
  • Employ logical reasoning and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Maintain a proactive demeanor with a sense of urgency.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effectively manage long-term projects.
