Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a financial services or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
