The Program Coordinator will oversee the schedule, financial resources, and quality standards of each initiative by implementing strategic plans that include:

  • Developing and updating project schedules.
  • Employing the existing Project Schedule Framework.
  • Ensuring accountability among suppliers, contributors, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
  • Informing stakeholders of any changes or potential challenges.
  • Preparing and managing project budgets and financial reports.
  • Utilizing the current Budgeting Framework and Financial Reporting Tools.
  • Monitoring profit margins and reporting discrepancies to stakeholders.
  • Establishing and upholding quality assurance plans.
  • Using the current Quality Assurance Framework.
  • Guaranteeing that completed projects fulfill or surpass established quality criteria.
  • Finalizing all required outputs in the PORTER project methodology.
  • Providing regular updates to all stakeholders, including clients.

Position Overview //
